AI-Assisted Faculty Support System, MATC
Designed and built a full suite of AI tools for faculty support across MATC's assessment infrastructure — a Gemini-based assistant trained on institutional documentation, a NotebookLM podcast on Career Essentials, and a Google Form–to–PDF Apps Script workflow for WTCS Technical Skill Attainment filing. All tools run within Google Workspace at no additional cost. This work was published in AALHE's Emerging Dialogues journal (2025) under "Building Bridges: AI-Assisted Support of Faculty in Assessment."

Girls' Science and Math Academy, Alverno College
Founded and led a year-round after-school STEM program for minority high school girls from Milwaukee public schools, funded through grants and institutional support. The program addressed both academic preparation and belonging — two of the most persistent barriers to college persistence for first-generation students. The Academy is still active today and serves 100+ students per year.
